Great replacement for original

This replacement was priced very well compared to online prices and we were able to get it in store same day. We are very happy with it and no longer have to worry about the cord over heating.

Microsoft is too proprietary

Great charger for surface pro 4

I had my other charger for 5 years and suddenly it stopped working. However I’m starting to believe it is my laptop as this one now sometimes has issues charging my phone.

necessary evil
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate proprietary chargers but they're a necessary evil I guess, at least with the MS one they added an additional USB port to charge a secondary device though I've had issues where charging a phone will cause the Surface to charge slower AND the phone to charge slower so not sure how useful it is but for the surface charge alone works as intended.

Wall chargeer for microsoft surface pro

I had to buy a new charger because the first one broke less than a year old. Going to try to get Microsoft to warranty the charger. Think about getting Best Buy's extented warranty. It would have been covered.

Recommend a backup

The original charger my laptop came with died out of nowhere, so I suggest getting the insurance on the laptop or else you'll have to buy this!
