    This is a charger for my Surface Laptop that I can keep in a travel bag and when I need to grab it, just throw in the laptop and not worry about unplugging.. It is the proper, exact, charger, not a secondary look-alike.

    While my daughter loves her surface pro, this is the second time in just over 6 months that I've had to replace the power cord. The same section of the cord fails every time, from the plug to the cord connector. Unfortunately, while I have the warranty, I have to get the cord that keeps failing.

    This power cord works well but the cost of more than $80 dollars for this power cord is ridiculous. Since this is the only power cord that will work for the surface pro it seems that you can charge an unreasonable price for this product.
