I bought this as a Christmas gift and it arrived damaged. Kitchenaid customer service was super easy to work with and they sent out a brand new replacement in less than a week. We are thrilled with our new mixer.

Great stand mixer for professional or home cook. Very durable and made from quality parts. Definitely more powerful than the artistan series. Only downside is the lack of colors compared to the artisan. I absolutely love this mixer!

The Kichen-Aid mixer has the power to handle the tough jobs. It works great at mixing stiff bread dough, but has enough speed for whipping cream. The unit came double boxed and was received in excellent condition. The mixer is reasonably heavy.

Excellent quality and very sturdy. Easy to use. Does exactly what it is meant to. Can’t wait to get other attachments for it to use. Looks and feels like it will last me a lifetime.

The box arrived in a packaging box, which was great because it was protected from scuffs and damages, if you wanted to gift it to someone. The only problem I have with the Mixer itself was to align and snap in the bowl into the holder. Takes a couple of attempts and getting used to I guess. Overall awesome product. Larger than I thought it would have been.

I was hesitant to buy her this for a Christmas gift, but she said she wanted it and my daughter said it is ok...since she asked for it....that buying it for her does not make me a male chauvinist pig
