I bought this to replace tilt head kitchen aid mixture . I am happy with this one so far as it is easy to clean as bowl is light but it does makes very unusual noise.

We received this mixer as a house warming present and my wife loves it!!!. She had a smaller model before but this model is the Pro 5 and it has a lot more functions. If you do a lot of baking or cooking this mixer is a must have for the person who would use it.

Having used this avidly for the last few months, I honestly can say it's totally worth the kitchen space. I was against it for years because i have a tiny apartment (and have always lived in small apartments). Any kitchen appliance takes a lot of thought -- like we just got a microwave this year...After lusting over it for so long, I decided that I wanted to make more breads at home and this device is absolutely necessary (unless you like kneading as a workout). I've made: several types of western loaf breads, bagels, milk breads, chinese steamed bread, pasta, udon, and a couple of batches of cookies. It totally helps me stay sane for homemade baked goods. Only thing I wish i knew, it's good for large batches of things. Not great for small batches (ie. 6 cup cakes) -- i felt like the mixing paddle wasn't quite reaching the bottom of the bowl. I got the navy matte, it's absolutely gorgeous on my counter (was thinking about hiding it in a cabinet, but 1. it looks actually quite pretty, and 2. it pretty heavy).

Last year for Thanksgiving I had a subpar mixer and the mash potatoes didn't come out very good so I purchased this one and they came out perfect.

Wife had the classic that she bought a few years back and with this being $199, originally $499. She couldnt pass it up. Great product! Only issue I’ve seen is that its gonna take some gwtting used to with attaching the bowl properly to the mixer. You have to line up holes to pegs to have it sit right.

I chose the Professional grade because of the amount that I use mine and wanted a better motor. This is absolutely perfect! I highly recommend it.

Bought this to help with mixing. It does a wonderful job. Makes mixing double or triple batches much easier than by hand. Everything comings out better than mixing by hand. Eggs come out more fluffy, cookies seem to rise more, and bread comes out way better.

KitchenAid is top of the line! Thrilled to have it. Works like a dream, very simple to operate. Have already purchased several of the attachments. Makes noodles, spaghetti, fettuccine in a flash. Ordered the food processor attachment but haven’t received it yet. Best of all it’s made in the USA!

I have not used it long enough, but the few times it has made my life easier. I would suggest to plan ahead for space where to put it before buying it. It is an item that is easy to assemble, looks great, and it is even easier to use. Every kitchen needs one.

My wife was given my mothers' old kitchen aid mixer over thirty years ago and if finally "died". She wanted a replacement one exactly like the old one. This model is a little bigger than the old one and is a perfect replacement. The wife is happy with it and now wants to buy more attachments. Hopefully this one will last thirty years and it can be passed on to our granddaughter.
