This mixer replaced a Kitchenaid basic model not able to handle bread and other heavy mixing needs. This heavier duty model lives up to its motor/wattage and has been successful in mixing requiring speed (whipping) and/or heavy doughs. It is a large, deep bowl, so best for mid to large quantities. It is loud.

I have talked about purchasing a KitchenAid stand mixer for years. I finally purchased this one and was blown away! This is one of the best purchases of an appliance that I’ve ever made! Very high-quality product and durable!

I mean.....this thing is SO freaking beautiful! I LOOOOOOVE it! The color is stunning. It totally turns heads. Oh...and....it works flawlessly. Now just trying to figure out how I'm going to afford every accessory that exists for it! Love! And highly recommend!!

Bowl-Lift is a welcome change from the tilt-head as it saves on space and can be handled in less space under the cabinet! Thank you, KitchenAid! Now looking forward to the glass bowl for the bowl-lift version as it comes only in the tilt-head at the moment.

Used Kitchen Aid mixers all my life including being in the wedding and speciality cake business for almost 35 years. I have my original mixer 40 years as a backup. I gave another one away And wanted a red one to go with my new kitchen remodeling. Love their mixers.

The KitchenAid Pro 5 mixer is excellent in helping you make desserts and homemade meals. I like the color of this Ink Blue model, I was getting tired of the usual white and/or black appliances on my kitchen counter.

Love this! My old KitchenAid mixed failed after 20+ years of use, so I upgraded to this gem and it's great! This one is a bit louder that my old one & attaching the bowl requires some thought, but otherwise, great purchase.

This was a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! I did wait until the black Friday sale, because the kitchenaide brand is kinda expensive. But the sale price was great, and I'm glad I went with this brand. It does it all! Definitely worth it!

Got this during black friday and it's amazing. I've used it so many times for making bread dough and I don't know how I survived without it. My dough comes out so much better plus no more sore wrists! I did some research before picking this mixer. I really like the left mechanism for the bowl instead of the tilt head.
