This is nice. The lift option for the bowl allows it to fit easier on the counter. Its really nice piece heavy and made to last.

My wife loves her new Kitchen-aid. It took some getting use to the lever to pull the bowl up instead of the tilt head but now we love it! Every home should have a Kitchen Aide to assist the family baker! Highly recommend!

This item was on sale for the holidays could not pass up this year. Saved over 400$ it looks so beautiful in my all red kitchen. Cant wait to crank it up. Been wanting one for over 10yrs the time and price was right on time. Did have a slight problem with the mixing bowl aligning to mixer, a small defect but. I just said oh no I am not sending this back. So I pushed a little harder with some hand movement and it snapped right on. Love it remind me of my grannies.

This mixer is as as good as others have said - it did not disappoint! Enough power is supplied to mix the perfect batch of cookies which was my initial project. Very easy to set-up and just as easy to clean. Mixing bowl is perfect size for my needs, though others might need something bigger.

This thing is a monster. Lots of attachments. If you have a large family and bake quite a bit this is for you!

I have owned one of the first Kitchen Aid mixers and have enjoyed it very much. Since that time, other members of my family have had one also. We have been so happy with ours and this holiday I had the opportunity to buy one for a very special person who could never afford one and loves to cook and bake. She was so surprised and happy, she was totally speechless. She has already started using it. I got it on a very special deal making it possible for me to give her this wonderful gift. Thank you.

This has a ton of power and is very easy to use. We set it up right away and have been enjoying it ever since.

It is a great machine. Specially, if you do a lot of baking it’s a strong it does great job. I’m glad I bought it specialty with my bad shoulders, now I can still make my favorite desserts and bread.

Love this mixer! The color is unique and looks beautiful. Powerful mixer too, I prefer this to the smaller Kitchenaid stand mixer. Bought it on sale, so it was definitely worth the price. Recommend waiting til Black Friday or other holiday sales.

Love this mixer! I've only used it once, but I cant wait to use it again. It was easy to use and saved me from the awkwardness of the weak hand mixer. My mother had one years ago that didnt dissapoint. I recommed it!

I have zero complaints about this mixer! I love all the attachments I can use with it and is so easy to use!

Pros: This is a very powerful machine. My the attachments (food processor and meat grinder) work GREAT with this unit. Far superior to the Artesian 4.5 quart tilt head that I used to have (had to downsize years ago when I moved out of the country). When I was in the market for a new stand mixer I was ecstatic to see this on sale for cheaper than the Artesian unit. Higher capacity bowl. This is great for making bread dough and masa dough for tamales. Cons: No tilt head. It's a pain to add ingredients. You have to pull down the crank to move the bowl down. You have to pull the attachments down into the product to get it off, then leave it in the bowl as you remove the bowl. It's a bit odd and annoying. Perhaps this wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have 10 years of use with the tilt-head version and was used to that. Scraping the sides of the bowl is also a pain since you can't tilt the paddles/whisk out of the way. With the larger capacity of this unit, I found that I needed to scrape down the sides more often. But it's harder to get to without the tilt head. I think a mixing attachment with a scraper would be beneficial but can't say for sure since I didn't buy one (they are sold separate and are $50). The lock in tab in the back to lock the bowl into place is awful. Getting the bowl in and out is annoying. I have to put it into the hooks on either side, then snap the back part down. Sometimes it's gets my powder ingredients all over. I don't like it. Cooking with my teenage daughter is not as fun, as she gets frustrated she can't get the bowl in and feels she has to ask for help. (She's a normal, able-bodied, intelligent, honors student and she says using this makes her feel dumb) I know some of the reviews say people get used to this, but I actually hate the way the bowl attaches. Hate it. I thought about removing or bending the tab, but figured there's a reason it should be on there, to stabilize the bowl or something. So decided to return this and go back to the artesian. For our low volume of use, and ease of use, we decided this model just isn't for us. I think this unit would be great for a serious baker but is just overkill for our level of use.

Love the bowl lift feature. Overall a huge time saver in baking. Looking forward to buying the accessories! Heavy duty machine. Looks great on the counter got so many compliments during the holiday season!
