||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't have a lot of experience with small mixers but it is pretty close to the full sized version at the bakery. I used it to make pizza dough and it worked perfectly. It was powerful enough to knead without straining the motor. However, I wished it would go faster but according to the owners manual you can't go more than 2 on the speed setting with the dough hook or else it could cause damage. So far, so good. Only time will tell.
