First machine the engine was gone, replacement took over 3 months. Customer service by Kitchen Aid was poor. The item was back ordered, all they would offer me was another color- a color I didn't want. The replacement machine works ok, but is quite noisy and not the quality I expected.

From a cookie mix to mashed potatoes or whipped cream! It's my second, I gave my first away, and missed it so much, I had to have another. Got red this time, it is beautiful as well as functional. Best Buy had a great deal, so I popped for it, and do not regret it.
