Don't know why I waited so long to order one (it must have had something to do with the price point), but this time the price was one I couldn't resist. Also purchased the attachable food processor. It cost almost as much as the mixer, but out old one needed replacing and the new attachment takes up much less cupboard space.

Was the perfect Christmas present. Have already used several times with and without extra accessories

Great mixer for big jobs! This model has all metal gears, which appealed to me. Some of the other models do not have metal gears or as good of a warranty. Be sure to check that out if you plan to make this big investment.

Purchased this for my daughter. She loves it. My husband kept trying to get me one when our kids were young, I said they were too expensive. I now have one with extra attachments and also love it.

Best quality and performance for the price. Outstanding mixing and more. I use mine for everyday baking and cooking and for more elaborate special occasion baking too. My Kitchen Aid is my favorite kitchen appliance.

Easy to use, looks great. Motor seems to be a bit weak for really heavy pasta dough.

I've been wanting a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for some time now. I finally purchased this one on sale. I love it! It mixed so well and performed above my expectations. If you're thinking of getting one, get it!

I've had my kitchenAid pro 5 plus lift stand mixer for about 1 1/2 years now, and I've really enjoyed having a kitchenaid mixer for making pasta, especially, and bread and more. I hesitate to give a full 5 stars because the enamel on the beater has chipped off.
