Excellent product, very easy to clean, make my cooking more easier

This mixer did its thing I was able to mix together enough cookie batter for 2 recipes at once which saved me lots of time. It mixed it well and besides scraping the sides of bowl I did not have to do anything.

Highly recommended, I got it for the good price! Makes it easy for me to do baking.

I purchased this mixer after comparing all the different models. Best Buy had the same price as other retailers but they had the newest and upgraded mixer model on sale for the same price as other retailers sale on lower models. The design on this model is sleeker but the mixer bowl takes some time to get use to as it snaps on differently than the other models. Size is perfect for my countertop. I’ve already used 2 different attachments on this model and they worked perfectly!

Have wanted one of these for years! Got an awesome buy for Black Friday sale. Great quality very heavy duty. Haven’t used this particular model but have had great experiences with KitchenAid mixers in the past.

I love it - I sort of missed my tilt-head kitchenaid at first, but this one does a great job. It's just a matter of learning how to use it vs. what I was used to. I love the larger bowl for mixing and that it is easy to clean. I have even decorated it with some vinyl decals to match my kitchen. Overall, this is a great product - but almost everything that Kitchenaid makes is great. :)

I never owned a stand mixer until I purchased this. I have probably gone through 3 or 4 hand mixers over the years. Sparks, flames, I have seen it all with my hand mixers. I finally broke down and bought this. I probably should have done a bit more homework on them. I really like this model, it's power, versatility, and capacity but for home use, I really could have gotten away with a 4QT. Otherwise great mixer.

I love this machine. My last one lasted about 15 years.

This is an awesome mixer. I’ve had one like this for about 5 years, bought this one for my son and daughter-in-law. It does a great job at making cakes and cookies. Love the fact that it has a lot of attachment options as well.

Although box came with hole smashed in side covered with paper to hide it, mixer seems undamaged. This is not the mixer advertised pro 500, it is the pro 5 plus that came instead. Still a great deal on a gift.

Got this for my aging mother, who has disabilities. She has little use of left arm. Conventional mixing was very difficult for her. She loves this mixer. Very easy cleanup. Extremely convenient for her to use.

So far this has been a solid machine. Made my life easier and improved the quality of my baking.

This is a great product with so many different attachments. It even has an attachment to peel apples so I don't have to mount our apple-peeler-corer to our countertop anymore. And it was an outstanding price.

I've wanted a real mixer since I was young, trying to mix dough by hand. Its finally happened and I couldn't be happier. And with the rather affordable attachments it becomes a kitchen multi-tool...wonderful

I love my PINK mixer! I do a lot of baking and catering so this really comes in handy. I also love that I can pick the appropriate color for my own need. Customer service was great! I ordered the wrong model so I went into the store and they took the one I ordered and reordered the new one without any difficulty. Shipping was on time and came on the exact date promised. They clerk even looked online for the lowest price comparison. It got the mixer for $10 less than expected. Thanks Best Buy

It’s a good kitchen tool for mixing dough and batter for a variety of foods
