Not durable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned two of these. Both produced short cups at random. One broke down completely in less than two years. The other I retired in less than two years because of erratic short cups.

very disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have been wanting one of these coffee makers for a long time. i got one for christmas from my daughter, opened it on dec 25th, started using it and as time passed, it took longer and longer for the water to heat up. on january 24th it wouldn't even turn on. we got ahold of keurig and asked what could be done. the guy took all of our information and said someone would be calling us the next day. nobody called back. one month later and still nobody has called us back. didn't even get to use it for a full month. am now looking at other brands.

Not impressed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this coffee maker three months ago and it worked great until about a week ago. I would turn the coffee maker on and it would stay on for a few seconds and then just shut itself off. I tried unplugging and replugging and waited a while and nothing would make it work again. I wasn’t sure about getting geek squad protection for this product but fortunately I did. I brought it into the store yesterday and they were quick to issue me a brand new machine. However, I had to pay for the geek squad protection all over again. The geek squad protection doesn’t cost that much, but I was annoyed that I had to pay for it again after the coffee maker only last for three months. I would’ve preferred to just keep the original plan that I still had a year and nine months with rather than buying a whole new plan. Especially since I had to go into the store and wait and deal with geek squad when I had previously purchased the coffee maker online to avoid extra hassle. Let’s see if the new one lasts any longer. Very disappointed in Best Buy and in this product.

Don't buy. Coffee maker is a defective model.

Two of the 3 had the same defect. Unit would not brew a full cup of coffee. Maybe about 1/3 cup at best. I didn't even open the third unit, assuming it would also be defective. Returned all 3. So to summerize. Don't buy. It's crap.
