It is a nightmare to clean. It should have come with a self cleaning feature. It is very difficult to access the interior. This is not a full size oven, there are too many nooks and crannies, in a confined space. This will relegate this toaster oven to the large pack of disposables, that I have owned had to throw away, because they cannot be cleaned. The difference here is this oven cost twice as much.

It can take 4-6 minutes to preheat and another 2-4 minutes to reheat when just open the door and slide in the food (non-frozen) on a tray. Liked my older and smaller oven better because it was fast.

Posted .Thank you for your review and comments. The oven will preheat to 75% of the desired temperature, then indicate that it's done preheating. It is designed to do that. That way, the amount of heat that is lost when you open the door to insert the food is small enough that the remaining heat allows the oven to quickly get to the desired temperature.
