GREAT START... horrible finish

It was very responsive, keystrokes felt great, and generally and amazing keyboard. Then Logitech started changing things in G Hub. It made my keyboard virtually unusable. Keys would either not register or register multiple times, no matter what I did. I called Logitech and they had no idea what was going on. I made sure I was in a USB 2 port, not USB 3. I made sure it wasn’t just my desktop so I tried it on my laptop without any resolution. Logitech basically destroyed my keyboard through firmware updates. I love Logitech. In fact, I only use Logitech peripherals, but this was the biggest slap to the face they could give. I spent $120 for the keyboard at the time, only for it to basically be a desk decoration. I feel so let down by the result of the product after owning it for a year and 3 months.

Posted .Hello TyJohns! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your G910 Orion Spectrum Wired Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. The G Hub software is usually pretty good at keeping your products up to date with firmware fixes, but should you experience something different, I'd recommend (if you haven't done so already) trying to uninstall G Hub completely, and reinstall it. That might fix some of the problems you're having. If your keyboard still ain't working after trying this solution, know that your keyboard is backed by a 2-year warranty from Logitech, so simply go on the product page https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g910-orion-rgb-gaming-keyboard.920-008012.html and click "Support" at the top. - Mathieu from Logitech

Logitech Orion Spectrum G910 Wired Gaming keyboard

I really love this model so I now have this one to replace the 3 year old one that I have been using heavily for gaming for the 3 years. I would recommend this one highly.
