Purchased about a year ago and have been very happy so far! Tons of usable room! Love so much better than our old side by side. Love the pull out freezer!

Had 3 refridgerators delivered before one was delivered without imperfections in the finish. Best Buy was great about making sure the problem was resolved. Now that we have had it a few weeks, I notice that Fingerprints and water marks really show. It is hard to keep the doors free of marks. I do love the size & usability of this fridge.

Bought this as a discount as a open box but then realized it was built in 2012?! Hasn't been used but been sitting around best buy for 8 years, in my opinion wasn't worth the discount. Returned for new fridge. Overall fridge seemed ok..little small for full size.

This Samsung fridge has convenient storage inside the top part that can easily be adjusted for different types of food. However, the space in the door is too small to be very useful. The touchscreen works very well and had not caused me any problems. The freezer drawers are fine. The outside smudges really easily and must be cleaned often to stay looking nice.

We really like our refrigerator and enjoy the movable shelf and the meat storage area.

Great purchase - roomy, sleek looking and more important is able to adjust temperature to keep the food fresh. Great value for the money paid.

My unit was delivered and immediately was showing an error. I felt bad for the delivery guys after getting it up the stairs. I told them to just sent a technician. After several visits it was not repairable as a wire was loose. They then sent a technician to sauder it on. This lasted a couple months. Now I am awaiting a replacement from bestbuy

It’s been two weeks since we are using this refrigerator, so far it’s good, it has cool features!! I definitely recommend this!!

It’s my first time buying appliances at Best Buy and I have to say it was the best decision ever I love my new black stainsteel fridge thanks Best Buy your the best!

It’s great and huge space. But I couldn’t use it as there is a room concern.

Love that the middle shelves slide in. I spent weeks researching and limited it to two different ones. Ultimately I chose this one and think i made the right decision.

Haven’t had it for very long, but it’s a very nice looking fridge. The flip up shelf & easy slide shelf make it easy to adjust things quickly.

This refrigerator is handsome in appearance, but it is extremely difficult to adjust the shelves, thus tall bottles can only fit in the doors. Would prefer separate buttons for ice and water. The delay to move from one to the other is frustrating.

I had been wanting a French Door Refrigerator for years. I finally got it and absolutely love it. The only downside is not enough storage in the doors, but this is one I can live with.
