I like the fridge but the ice maker is extremely loud. Other than that it's great.

I have owned 1.5 years. This is a very noisy fridge, and shortly after the warranty expired, the ice maker decided it will no longer dispense ice. I have been a huge Samsung advocate for years, but after trying to deal with this and find a repair option that isn't 50% of what I paid for the fridge, I may be starting to look at other brands. Very disappointed, I would strongly consider looking at a different fridge.

We bought this fridge, as our old one was leaking and could not fix it. We went to Lowe's, they had a sale, but could not get the fridge for another month. We then went to Bestbuy, and they had our fridge we wanted, cheaper, and cheaper extended warranty... WIN, WIN, WIN! The fridge is large, easy to find items, and makes cute little ice cubes! Easy to keep clean. And very quiet. My only negatives; no bottom ice maker, and on the left door, there is empty space where you can't store condiments..

I boundled this fridge with all black stainless steel appliances. It's energy efficient and it looks great - However it makes a loud popping noise that bothers me a bit, but I got a great bundle deal so not bad... I need to call best-buy to question the noise, I think I read about this in other reviews, not sure.

We're constantly in and out of our refrigerator and it always keeps closed. I like how an alarm will go off if the door is not funny shut. The open and close for the left door is a little annoying and requires a tougher pull and push to open and close since it locks in. The ice maker seems to take it's time when dispensing but also makes great chewable ice which is a big deal for us.

I have only had this for about a month but so far we are very pleased with it. Plenty of space compared to our old fridge.

This mid priced refrigerator is awesome. The amount of shelves makes organization very easy. I also like the deli drawer with adjustable temperatures!

I bought this with a set, I love the French doors and the room you have in it. The fridge works well and consistently keeps temperature. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the noise the compressor makes... its louder than my old one. This is common though with the newer type of compressors made after 2009.

Overall solid fridge and good size. Ice maker is very loud while making ice, can hear all the way upstairs at night. Fresh drawer is good size but both doors have to open to pull it out as it runs the horizontal length of fridge. Also the storage on inside of the left door is pretty narrow.

Lots of room and looks amazing next to our new cabinets! Love the freezer drawer.

ice maker has froze up twice in the past few weeks since i purchased it

Super spacious and convenient. I love the middle drawer since you can adjust the temperature to make it either a small fridge or small freezer.

I started looking for fridge the day of my closing. And I had coupons for almost all appliance stores. But bestbuy is the only one who said they can deliver in next 4 days. Bestbuy delivered the stuff as promised. It took only 15 minutes for them to install and they moved the stuff in to my tiny home without scratching the walls or anything. The refrigerator is really good. One thing I noted is that the doors does not close automatically if you leave them and you have to push. But i think it is normal with all french doors. Overall great experience and hope to continue best buy for my future purchases.

Perfect for our family, adjustable shelves, easy to store everything. Was worried about the drawer freezer but is working out perfectly. Love the black stainless!!!!!

Initial delivered product was really noisy. We notified Best Buy who replaced it right away. Fridge is now running smoothly and working great.
