The Energizer brand has far surpassed any their brand I have bought in this type of battery! I especially liked being able to get a package of two rather than buying them individually!

They are used in car remote controls, bathroom scales,etc. So they get used a lot in a lot of various products. So keeping them around as spares, just makes sense. Especially for the car remote controls!!

The worst part is that even though the Geek Squad had my PC open installing a power supply they wanted to charge me another $49.99 to slip out the old battery and slide in a new Cmos battery.
