Bought this as a gift for my father. So far we have used the HP, Lenovo, and Asus charging heads. All have worked great so far. We have not noticed any extended charging times. Works as good as the factory chargers for all 3 laptops. Only down side is there is no pouch/bag for the extra charging heads.

It just so happens that my daughter lost her charger and needed one quick to finish some work. I found this one in the store and it saved the day. It's not perfect (The connector is a little loose) but it serves the purpose. It charges as well as the original for less, which is a plus.

very easy to use, but it is not compatible with my older laptop:/, but no worries, it should work, it is just that my laptop got damaged, lol. But it should be used correctly then it will work. :)

i was out of town and forgot my power supply for a new laptop. no one had the right model and i couldnt get anyone to tell me if an alternate would work. went to best buy and opened it up and tried it and it works. also works on other laptops at home with the additional adapters that come with it. nice and versatile if i need a power supply again. and the price was good too!

After I damaged my laptop power supply, I found this one for replacement. It works as well as the original for much less money.

It is nice that the contents include several adapters that should fit any brand of laptop. Looks like it is heavy duty and will not "fray" like the cheap one that was included with the computer. The input jack to the laptop is a great design and it "toggles" which should allow for no pinching or strain of the cord.

I got a aio pc from good will and needed a charger this worked great and i love the versitility an excellent by and i saved with open box! Would for sure by again!

My old cord for a Dell laptop stopped charging. I walked into the store, told them what I needed and they took me right to this cord. The pack came with 6 different power heads with one working for my system. I keep the extra tips and have used them for other electronics I needed to charge. I couldn't be more satisfied with the product, cost, and shopping experience I had.

My laptop power cord bit the dust so I went to Best Buy to see if they one for an Acer laptop. The gentleman referred me to the universal cords which I ended up purchasing. I had different size adapters for the different types of laptops. It was easy to find the right one as they were numbered according to the model.

My laptop charger decided not to charge anymore and I thought I was able to get a replacement one. Didn't have the exact one so an associate directed me to this and it works wonders. I have had friend ask to use the charger because they forgot theirs. It's great because it can charge and laptop.

I was on vacation when my power supply went out on my laptop, I went into the nearest Best Buy to purchase a new one, the associate showed this particular one to me. This adapter came with 6 different tips, so it's working great with my laptop and also has the capability to work on other electronics I may purchase. The price was also great.

This is a great unit to have as an extra plug. It seems like whenever I go somewhere that I have left my adapter at the office...this is great to have to keep in the computer bag when you travel. It is great in that it has a variety of adapters to fit into just about any computer. I would recommend picking one up! It is worth the price!

Great charger. Works with multiple devices which is great. You only need to take one cord for many devices.

It met my expectations; my PC was using a charger that wasn't even fully charged, and this one solved the problem.

This was worth buying especially that it was universal. My Lenovo laptap has a specific ending and this product had it. I went to three other stores that were closer to my house with no luck. I was going to buy a cord through Lenovo, but it was an outrageous price. Best Buy had a great price.

I bought this for a friend who needed a replacement charger for her Dell laptop. It works well but doesn't fit as snug as the original which isn't surprising. The multiple adaptors are nice for being able to use with various devices.
