It works easy and fast Does not take up much space and the connector is not too bulky

My dog chewed up the adapter for my MSI gaming laptop. Got this one as a spare and it works great! Easy to wrap up for traveling and fits well in my computer bag.

This power adapter does the job if you are missing your adapter or left it at home (as we did). It fits almost any laptop so it is a good thing to have around.

This was a life saver... I have an old computer and the charger plug was here... we use it for all the computers new and old...

This charger is NOT universal. I purchased in September 2024. It is now July 2025. I have been attempting FOR MONTHS to get this matter resolved. The not-so-universal charger comes with several tips. If none of those tips work for your computer, like they claim it will, there is a note in the package instructing you to contact customer service and they will send you a new tip. Once you start this process, it takes them several months just for someone to contact you via email to let you know what the correct tip is that you need for your computer. You would think they would send it out to you immediately, but they do not. When you call customer service, they give you the ultimate run around. Every single time, week after week, they will tell you that they will escalate the matter to a different business department and they say they will be giving you a call. No call ever comes. You will spend countless hours on the phone with customer service, week after week, for several months attempting to get this matter resolved. When you get frustrated because they fail to resolve the issue, they will promise you a refund “if it isn’t resolved next week” and when you call back again a week later, they will try to weasel their way out of giving you a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor. Just spend the extra coin and go directly to your computer brand’s company to get a charger directly from them. It may cost you a little bit more, but it will save you a whole lot of headache.

Getting this power cord was a pit pricey but well worth the money spent, mainly because it comes with interchangeable pieces making one cord useable on like 10/12 different units. Go figure!
