My only problem was the price. Paid FULL retail price at Best Buy. Only option we had according to the salesman. Many online at 1/3 the cost or even cheaper. We'll see how the bargain works because I took this back (saleman told us before we bought it that if it did not meet our needs to just bring it back! Someone obviously had done the same thing before us.)
