Buying a new charger

The person I dealt with first checked my charger and found it wasn't working properly. He told me what I needed and showed me where to go to find it. I bought a new charger and my computer has been fine since.

Wasted time and money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy representative on the phone said that this product would work for my ASUS laptop, and he charged me for it and arranged to have it ready for pickup at the store. I drove to a town 30 minutes away to get it, and when I got back to my office, it did not have a pin that worked. If I tried to use it with the wrong pin (which was too long), it kept popping up messages that said it would harm my computer if I used the wrong connection. The number to call with the packaging was for the manufacturer, Insignia, and they offered to look into it, but they never got back to me with a pin that fits my ASUS. Lots of time and effort spent, and I still don't have a workable charger.
