While this product works fine, I returned it. It is almost twice as big as the original. It would not fit in my travel case with my laptop. I went to HP and bought the original equipment.

Needed power cord and staff was quick to find just the right one for me

This plug has lots of adaptors to fit different computers but felt it was pretty expensive. The saleswoman at Best Buy did help to make sure it was the right one for me and that helped a lot!

It was what was needed in the moment. And it has proved to be versatile. Christian, the associate, was very helpful. l That was part of the overall rating. Right product, right time.

Didn't know why my computer died and I was worried I would need a new one. This adaptor revived my computer. I love that the plug in to the computer jack is on a swivel so it won't put stress on the computer jack.

I really need to get this accessory for I needed to work remotely and forgot my power cord back in TN. I will say the price was a little more than i wanted to pay, but I had no other option.

This did not work for me. It was expensive and I feel it would be to much charge for my computer and damage my battery over time.

It has the feature to change out the heads which is nice so you don't buy the wrong one. One issue I do have though is only the head broke on my old charger and it would be nice it instead of buying a whole new one, like I had to do, selling just that part.

Well it was quite expensive as before I had purchased one on Amazon For $25 , ( it was no good) It works well and it gave me a lot of extra gadgets that I didn’t need ? For $70

My son forgot his laptop charger and didn't realize it until we dropped him off at college. The charger had several options and worked on his computer. Thought it was a little high priced

great backup/replacement for original laptop charger. I bought it as a backup for my old laptop charger and I feel safe that I can always charge my device.

I had some issues with damage to my HP laptop charger & needed a new charger. Not only was I able to find one, but it was a multi-use charger for many other makes & models & cost about what I expected & hoped to pay. Thank you for a quick, inexpensive solution.

Doesn’t fit correctly. Bad product. Why should I have to write an additional blah blah blah 50 characters to say the product stinks?

I take my lap top several places and I have on occasion forgot my power cord. I bought this to put in my computer bag and I no longer have to worry about packing everything. It does have different adaptors for use on different brands and have loaned it to others on the occasion that their battery ran down and could not finish their work. The cord is heavy and the computer end is designed poorly. It is a little pricey if you don't catch it on sale as I did. My HP computer reminds me that I am using something other than their cord and warns it may effect the efficiency however, I have not noticed it.

I purchased this to replace the power supply on my old laptop. I did have to order the correct adapter (not in the original package), Best Buy supplied the correct adapter no charge.

Many options to replace my power cord but 3x the price than Amazon had.

This is a replacement for the old cord, which the pet bunny rabbit decided to chew in two. It's an excellent replacement with 90 watts . Old one was 45 watts.

Works great as a backup charger. Doesn't charge to the 135W of my laptop needs but still did the job at 90W.

I was in serious need of an adapter for my laptop and needed to complete some really important work. Rachel and the team at the Wheaton Best Buy were helpful and accommodating! I love that location and will definitely be going back for all my future beer buy needs!
