Difficult to get use to after having a desk top for years but I do like it and have no complaints! Geek Squad has been very helpful when I went to the store with the laptop and a few questions.

It will charge your laptop i wish there was an easier way to figure out what tip goes to your particular model

I had been searching for the right charger for my laptop. Best Buy was the only one that had it. The staff was helpful in finding it. I wish I had gone to Best Buy first.

I picked this up while traveling and could not wait for a Dell replacement to arrive. It does run the system, but the amps are too low to charge the battery.

I have no issue with this, except I only needed one little adapter and had to buy the whole set. Too much $ for what I needed , but I donated the rest to the office electronics grab bag

My six year old Toshiba computer was dying on me all the time, the battery was not charging when it was plugged in. I replaced the power adapter and that fixed the problem. With six tip options I knew one of them would work on the computer.

Works great! The adapters are a little weird, but they work fun

It works ok. It did not fit my HP 100%. It worked as a power supply but did not charge my laptop. But considering I was traveling and in the middle of nowhere. It sufficed and fulfilled its purpose.

It had exactly the tip I needed and it did not have a grounded plug which was great as the majority of the outlets in my house do not have the 3rd hole for the grounding prong. Perfect for someone who had replaced her charger twice in 6 months.

I had lost my charger while traveling for business and since I had a Dell I needed something quick when I got home. Got to Best Buy they told me buy this product, use this plug-in and you are set. What they didn't tell me is that it will not charge your battery, it only holds a charge for your lap-top as it's plugged in 100% of the time. I went direct to Dell and bought another one. Buy at your own risk. It's great for an emergency, that's about it.

Charger is great. Live the adaptability to charge multiple devices. Highly recommend.

My original laptop power adapter was frayed in a number of places and I was very nervous to use it. The Best Buy customer rep helped me find what I needed and explained how to find the right tip. I feel so much safer with this new adapter.

If you find yourself in need of a replacement power adapter for any of the brands of laptop supported by this product, then this is a decent choice and likely less expensive than one provided by the manufacturer.

I like this product because I have two laptops and can use the same universal charger for both. It is working fine. It is a bit pricey compared to other chargers. But one can be used with all types of laptops.
