A lower priced item was available through a different vendor, but delivery through the mail would have been around 1 week. My livelihood is dependent on my computer so paying a higher price for immediate access.

This is a well made charger, maybe a bit too well made. The plug to the laptop was too big and always getting pulled out. The wire from the brick to the plug, heavy and too short. It worked well, but I was afraid it would break the female plug in the laptop. Plenty of optional plug sizes, but the cable kept pulling our of the rectangular plug.

Excellent, this item came at the right time, my brother was here for Memorial day weekend and left his charger.

I love all the different plug in options. I was afraid the one I needed wouldn't be there but it was! Works great!

I needed to replace my Dell laptop charger and this was the most cost effective item that I could get in store. It does what it's supposed to do.

Does not charge Alienware m14x laptop. This power supply has enough juice to power my machine up but does not charge the battery. I'm sure it works for any other NON-gaming notebook.

Bought this, but found I did not need. Best Buy was great and while I wasn’t sure it was the right size, encouraged me to take it and return if it was the wrong item.

Although recommended by a staff member who told me this was the appropriate charger for my device, it did not work, necessitating another trip back to the store. The second trip did result in a swift correct diagnosis and resolution of the problem. I purchased the correct charger and am now satisfied.

Its a very good charger. It supports many brands.Quality is also very good. Unpacking was very easy as charging pins were separate and charger was separate compartment.

I haven’t used it. I bought it, because my work laptop didn’t come with a charger, but I bought the c port charger.

the build quality is good, but the cord from the adapter to the laptop is to short compared to the cord from the outlet to the adapter. otherwise it is perfect

I got this because of the ability to change the plug dependent on your computer. However I am unable to get an adapter for my personal laptop. That is a real problem for me because once I retire I will no longer have my company laptop and this power cord is useless to me. Otherwise I would give this a 5.

Best Buy does a good job choosing basic accessories that you need every day and this is not exception- it's nice to have a reliable store when it comes to electronic purchases

It served its purpose. Interchangeable tips allow for a broader range of electronics to power.

The AC laptop power adapter essentially fullfills the spec-minimum for my laptop. Any time I use it, the error message of "AC power adapter not recognized" which means that it will basically keep your battery level at its current amount but not charge it. So if you're willing to turn your laptop into a tiny wall-bound desktop, this is alright, otherwise I'd order directly from your computer's manufacturer

Needed a replacement for a defective power supply and this did the job well. Not full rating of the original but sufficient till a new OEM could be purchased.

Needed a replacement laptop charger after our new puppy chewed through my cord. This one does the trick. Feel its a little pricey but can't use my laptop without it so............

Works good and comes with several interchangeable tips for different brand laptops.
