The power adapter is relatively compact, and is supplied with a good variety of adapter plugs. However, although it supplied operating power to my Dell laptop, it would not charge the battery. I assume there was a specific incompatibility between the charger and my computer, rather than a defect with the item. I returned the adapter and purchased a Dell power adapter. I would recommend testing for compatibility in store prior to purchasing any generic power adapter.

Good universal charger. I like the fact that it had many charger ports for other devices, however it was kind of a waste of money unless you have the other devices.

The product worked good but it was incompatible with my Dell XPS 15. It required an 130W charger instead of the 90W.

Worked Great!! Had the exact size I needed to charge my laptop after losing the original charger.

My ASUS RoG Laptop does not charge with this, but it's good to have a decent second charger. Has a variety of different adapters for flexibility.

Fits and works. What more could you ask for from a cord

The one designed for my laptop specifically would have fit better, but the universal one was available immediately and works.

I have an old dell laptop- charger was broken. A replacement was ordered fromantic amazon that didn't work. Walked into BB and Rep recommended this product. Purchased it and it works, no issues.....

The charger worked as stated. It wasn't quite enough power for my laptop but was still able to keep it charged.

Very happy to see that a universal adapter existed. Customer Service was prompt in helping me located the wattage I needed and did a test before I left the store to make sure it worked.
