    We needed a new power supply as the OEM supply died - this power supply worked great and it was nice that it was available in my local store

    The tip that shows is needed for my laptop doesn't fit securely. I have to hold the laptop a certain way I order to get a charge. Once it is connected and the charger finally starts to work, the computer will charge from the device. So, the product does serve its purpose. It just is not convienet when needing to charge your laptop and you have to sit a certain way to obtain the charge.

    My Dell is a note book not a lap top so some of the power supplies do not have the correct plugs. This one did and it is still working.

    My old computer cord was not longer good so I replaced it with the new one. The geek squad make sure I had the correct one and that it worked perfect

    I found one online that works better for half the price. Unfortunately, I tossed the packaging and receipt, so couldn’t return this item. It’s an okay charger, I don’t mind keeping it. But I’ll be sure to shop around first next time. Best Buy had the highest price.
