Not a bad product; however, 3 star rating was given because there are not adaptors that are compatible with Sony Vaio computers.

My laptop charger died and I was working remotely out of town. This was the only power cord they offered. The plug in is somewhat bulky but otherwise works fine.

This didn't work to well for me. I guess because my laptop was more than 5 years old. Overall I can see how it'd be a lifesaver for someone who lost their charger.

It works but not constantly. Won't go all the way in. So, you have to keep checking to see if it is charging. Too spendy for what you get. I blame Dell for the crappy charger that came with the laptop and fell apart in less than a year.

I bought this for my Dell laptop. It worked as far as a backup powercord, but it would not charge my battery. My battery is fine and works/charges with another cord so it's definitely the cord that is the issue, not my battery. I got an error that it doesn't have enough power to charge the battery. I'm no expert, but I suspect it has something to do with it being a two-prong plug versus a three-prong like the one that came with my computer. I ended up returning it.

The power cord is universal and has several connectors to fit most computers. my laptop was custom made however. It resolved the problem of charging.

Did not work with my computer. Open box item. Good value if you had the right computer.

The laptop charger that says it works for Asus computers, it didn't work for mine. Worked for other computers, but not Asus.

It works great but the #41 plug that is what I needed for my laptop is loose and constantly unplugging. So I guess for the price I paid I'd expect it to stay plugged

I lost my charger for my computer, so I went to Best Buy and they had what I needed to resolve my problem. It was in stock ready for me to get back to work. Thanks.

It works, but doesn't last. Very cheap wire, requiring precise positioning after a few months of use. I'm making this review after my second one began having these issues. This one lasted about 6 months before the finnicky behavior started. The previous one lasted only 3 months. If you have no other options, this does technically work.

The cheapest that you can get at Best Buy. It's a good product, but the price was dropped after I got it two weeks later. I did not get it for price match.

I'm sure the product would have been great except for the fact that it just didn't have enough tips. Of course I have the one laptop it didn't support.

I had purchased another one that fit my computer exactly without the 'converter' tips and it had a 3 way plug for ground. This had a two way and you had to use the converter tips.

Did not work for my HP Omen laptop. Would probably work for other laptops. Bought from HP instead.

This charger only charges my Dell laptop. The correct tips to charge my Lenovo and Acer were not included. It is not a "universal" laptop charger.
