I bought this for Asus ROG G551JW, but the rated power of 90w wasn't sufficient for my laptop. Otherwise solid build. Good quality.

Forgot my charger for my Acer laptop on a roadtrip, stopped by to get a spare. For the $70 I thought it would work perfectly. This is NOT worth $70. I bought this because it was the ONLY acer "compatible" charger available. Sure it's compatible but take it with a half a grain of salt. It plugs in no problem, the issue is that for some reason or another, the laptop will just not recognize that its plugged in unless it's held at a specific angle in a specific position, or else it will just keep recognizing that it's plugged in, then not, over and over again when it clearly looks like it's snug in the charging port. Definitely going to try to go back to the store for a refund because this was definitely an awful purchase.

Not so good all pieces were outdated and would not work for computer

This product didn't work for me and I returned it.

I bought a Lenovo laptop computer. The computer was not charging. I noticed the adapter cord was damaged but the cord was so short and cheap that it may have gotten crimped in my recliner although I don't think so. Because I wasn't sure, I bought from Best Buy the universal cord with the various tips. The Lenovo tip was the wrong one. Best Buy told me it would work but they couldn't order the correct one for me if it didn't. I would have to go through the manufacturer which turned out to be in China and I was unsuccessful getting one because that site had hundreds of cords for over 100 different versions of my model except the one I needed ending in US which I am thinking was for the United States. I have bought every computer I have ever owned through Best Buy (so many as I am an accountant). I have always bought HP in the past but the sales guy said he actually thought Lenovo was the better computer. While searching frantically for a new power cord I found this problem is quite common. I should have reviewed before buying but I was desparate to get something quick and you guys have always been great with me and my computer needs and have bailed me out many time. I love your geek squad. I am very disappointed.

Over priced. Cord doesn't stay in box when taught or pulled. Adapter does not go all the way in port so not very secure . But it charged

This item charges my computer super slow. The piece slides out because it does not fit as snugly as it should. This is a horrible universal charger that is overpriced. $75 was a waste of money.

My daughter has lost both chargers for our laptops so we had to buy this one...works fine just more expensive than I would have liked to pay....

Had to return it don't fit my laptop it's 19v and i had a 20v make sure what power supply you need before buying not just make of laptop

Misplaced the power adapter for my Lenovo notebook. Bought this, then found my original adapter.

Cheap charger, does it’s job. Nothing special. There are better chargers out there...

The device itself is good however I couldn't get a good fit from the tips. I was forced to use one that was close but still a little loose.

Had an old laptop daughter sill uses and cord broke. Wasn’t sure if we could find one. This worked perfect.

This charger is good for a regular laptop but was not able to charge my sons gaming computer due To the wattage.

Works great but still missing some adapter that don't fit my old laptop. Pretty pricy.

Laptop dies whilenin use even when its plugged into this charger

This item may work for some items but it did not work for my Lenovo laptop. An error message came up on my computer saying it had insufficient wattage. I returned it. Make sure you check wattage before you buy.

This laptop charger works as it should. I thought it was pricey though.
