The tip won't work on August 11, 2020. And from the beginning the connection between the tip and my Asus laptop was very loose, the laptop was cut off with a little movement.

Nothing fit, even when I called the help desk and they sent out another adapter. They did refund my money without a problem. I went to a local repair shop and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes.
