Didn't Charge My Computer

My computer had an error message saying I needed at least a 45W charger, and this one said 90W so not sure what the real issue was. They took it back with no questions so I was happy enough in the end.

Fortunately, I could return it (that option expired the day after it died). My laptop is essential for work and general life organization, so if I can't charge it, it's a huge problem. I have a replacement, but now I don't feel like I can trust it at all.

My guess is the variable power output confused the handshake conversation between the two and HP & Charger didn't agree... :(

Got home did not have the tip I needed so called number in package. Goes to Best Buy customer service they have no idea what you are talking about. Transferred 3 times to get disconnected & I call back get different person same story they have no idea about this product or how to help I was transferred & that person said why did I not just take it back & they could help me in the store. Do not sure what good the number in the package does, took it back no one in the store could help me & they did not have an adapter with my tip so I just returned it & went to Staples there they even opened a pacakage so we could test & check tips before I ever purchased the product. They had exactly what I needed and was a great help.

The adapter labeled Dell didnt fit at all. One of the other adapters fit but did not actually charge my computer and had to be plugged in all the time. When I got a different charger it worked out
