Reps stated that this product would work for my chrome book. Unfortunately it does not support Mac or chrome books. I was not able to return it either I was given a gift certificate that I don’t need.

Rather than having the part for a few dollars, I had to pay over $60 for a whole new charger. Considering this was the store's own brand, they could have had the plug for sale separately. If I have this problem again, I will look into other retailers.
