Tried all sorts of troubleshooting and restarting, but nothing could make this charger work.

Wrong tips waiting 5 weeks for correct one

Company changed policy so call was greeted with advice to reach them on line with computer that doesn't work. Then told to go to internet cafe. 71 years old handicapped on a small island. Then told will be delivered in 2-4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago with no shipping number or order number.

Does not work with Dell

The cable connection is perfect, but my laptop kept giving me an error message that it was “plugged in but not charging”. I ended up purchasing a Dell charger for half the price....and it is perfect.
