It is poorly made & the piece that you put into the side of the laptop doesn't stay in! It keeps popping out. Do not buy this product!!

I had to go to the company to get the correct charger. I returned the product and was refunded the amount I paid.

The adapter fit, but while plugged in the app acknowledged the computer was plugged in, but would not charge. Very disappointing. Will have to order a cord through Dell.

I checked with Best Buy staff and was assured incorrectly that it would work. Had to purchase guenuine part from Dell, which was actually cheaper.

Didn't fit any of the 3 laptops I have

I have 2 dell's one older and one new, I also have a lenovo. It would plug into my new dell but wouldn't charge it.
