Worked great since I am on vacation and left my original home.

I haven't used it yet. I'm not sure they sold me the correct one. I didn't take my laptop to Best Buy with me. I just took the one that came with the laptop knew. The salesman asked me how big my screen was and all I could do was estimate the size. I will try to use it when my son visits in February 2021. Until then I'm afraid that I might ruin my laptop if it isn't the correct charger. Also it comes with a whole bunch of plugs. I don't know if I could figure that out. I'll just use the one that came with the Laptop.

Works well with my computer. Only thing I have an issue with is it’s kind of loose when it’s plugged in. Other than that, it serves its purpose.

Got this when ever I forgot to pack a charger on a business trip. This thing is universal so you can still use it when ever you upgrade to another laptop or w/e. It does it's job and I Never leave home without it!

A life saver for when my new puppy decided to chew through my laptop charger. It doesn't say it anywhere in the description, or on the box, but if it didn't have the right head for your laptop inside the box, insignia will send the right one to you; free of charge!

I had previously tried to figure out (and ordered) an adapter from the manufacturer but the tip was the wrong size. Saw this one. Couldn't be easier. Find the right size tip, attach it to the cord and plug in.

Very convenient power cable. With the variety of tips it solves a lot of power supply interruptions.

The AC power adapter for my Acer laptop quit right when I had a lot of work to do. So I went to Best Buy and they had a cost effective solution available immediately. I took the Insignia universal adapter home and it worked perfectly.

My wife's computer charger connector snapped and she needed something to charge her computer fast. This charger has been great! It's really cool that there are multiple connectors as one of them works on her Cricuit as well! Highly recommend.

I bought this power cord to replace the charger for my girlfriend's computer. It has worked well I didn't need the other adapters but if I do I can use it for our phones and other electronic devices as well I would highly recommend this product.

It was a great replacement for my son's chromebook, and is also good to have in case anything goes wrong with our other laptops.

The original samsung chromebook charger that came with my laptop was very cheap feelin and eventually failed and broke off at the connector. This new charge is more robust and just flatout feels tougher and guaranteed will last longer.

I told one of the associates that my my laptop needed, the product for mine was not on the shelf, he went in the back room came out with the one that fits, took it home and it fit, Very helpful person and the right product!!
