We appreciate your feedback and we will take it into consideration on future iterations of this product. However, the fit has to be tight so your phone is not jumping all around inside the armband as you run. Additionally, it's difficult to make it compatible with every model of case out there, specially the bulky ones.

Realized iPhone screen was unresponsive when touching it thru the plastic. If I’m holding it in my hand having difficulty can’t imagine working out with it and trying to navigate thru songs or anything else.
