    I was disappointed that just plugging in the camera (in Windows 10) defaulted to lower resolution 720p (and didn't seem to look as good as basic 720p on other less expensive cameras like the 270), with no way to change the resolution in some programs like Zoom. Instead, one has to download the Logitech software and run it in the background in order to access the higher 1080p resolution. These days, why not default to hi-res?

    The employees in this Arlington Heights, IL Best Buy store are terrific. Nick told me they didn't have a 3[ HDMI extension in stock but he could get one delivered tomorrow to my home from another store. That was terrific.

    This is one of the best versions coming from Logitech, the auto chroma is still a work in progress but pretty darn good with lighting. I upgraded from a c920 to this and haven't looked back. Handles better and smoother too for zoom remote control settings.
