I had to replace my Pantronics headset in a hurry, so I didn't have time to research a replacement. I bought the cheapest similar set that I could find, so I was worried about the quality. This set is great! It has a comfortable ear piece, perfectly aligned head band and the sound quality is excellent. It does not have a mute button, but it dials down to no volume. It has a very long cord (6 feet) which is great if you're using it for your phone. There is also a little clip to attach the cord to your clothing. I'm really pleased with the purchase; good quality, great price -- just hope it lasts!

At this price, it’s an excellent headset. For me, it’s especially nice. It’s not the absolute best sound and mic quality, but it works. I’m a gamer with a newborn in the house. I have a professional mic and headset, but I can’t hear the baby cry at night while gaming, which ultimately leads to an angry wife getting woken up. With this, I have a free ear to listen to the house. I can quickly get that late night bottle ready. Happy wife, happy life right? The ear cup seems small, but has plenty of cushion, so it’s not uncomfortable. It actually feels nice, and I stopped noticing it’s there after a minute or two. The microphone is apparently of decent quality. My team let me know that I didn’t sound very different, I came in loud and clear, and the quality was more than acceptable. For 10 bucks, it keeps me gaming, with a free ear, so that my family isn’t ignored. Best purchase ever!

I have never used a microphone device for my computer. I installed a new program that called for one so i went to best buy, and found one. sound is good. fits head, adjustable and comfortable. recommend this product...

Headset works great for the price and I have been using this everyday.

Not noise cancelling. Adjustable but needs pad or? to make it fit a smaller head. Works great other than that.

Works well, fits comfortably. It has a volume control, but I don't think I found a mute button for the mic. This would be the only downside for me as I would like to have the ability to mute when I'm speaking to people in the same room as me.
