I can;t remember of the person who helped me but he was one of the best. I told him what I wanted and he helped me choose the best ones and wrote it up and took care of everything. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes. I was impressed!

Great value. Solid pieces of hardware. Nice features, although we installed with KVM switch, and yes, this wireless set DOES work with the KVM switch.

Love the fact that I can use this with up to 3 devices. I currently have it connected wirelessly to my desktop and laptop! Just make sure to use the USB dongle extender. Do not plug the dongle directly to your pc.

It is easy to setup to link to your various devices and the keyboard is very quiet.

Terrible "upgrade" from the wonderful K780 keyboard. There is nothing "better" about it, and much that is far, far worse. After years, my old K780 is wearing out. This was the ONLY replacement Logitech sells that can talk to 3 devices at the push of a button. These items are where the k780 shines and this fails: It takes up twice the real estate on my desk. It lacks the slot that holds a table or phone if you're using it for that. The keys feel like mush, not positive. The funny angle and the wrist pad hurt my hands. The keys are all in horrible locations. I am constantly hitting all the wrong keys, making unnecessary typos. Familiar key combinations don't work. Setup took far too long (I just got a NOS K780 from A*@**n it it was hooked to all 3 devices in minutes). It is not portable, being being 2" wider, 2" longer, and much, much thicker than the K780. Also, unrelated to the keyboard, Logitech has move the control of the connections from a local app, to a website raising SERIOUS privacy concerns. This also seems to have broken the ability to use "FLOW" between a Win 10 and a Win 7 machine. (Older PCs frequently do very well as single-function machines, like monitoring security systems). Since the return window is open it is going back. The only positive is the bundled mouse, the M720, is exactly the same one I've used for a few years--it works fine (I'm right-handed so the angles are OK for me).

I switch between 3 different computers and it switches pretty fast. Would have been better if the switch on the keyboard switched the mouse at the same time. I does what it supposed to do well.

Smooth, not loud when typing, and good length for typing.

Nice keyboard but mouse defective after one year. I bought this kb / mouse combo because the pad is nice for long sessions on my PC for working remotely as well as doing college IT courses. However, the mouse just stopped working, and I have gone through every troubleshooting step and tried the mouse on a different PC, the keyboard still works but the mouse doesn't. I would not recommend spending $70 on something that just dies after a year.

It has multiple features that I can use and the price was reasonable

The keyboard is perfectly weighted and comfortable. Really love it. The mouse, however, is too sensitive and whips me all over the screen. It’s been a month or so, and I’m still getting used to it.

Just OK it’s not a bad value for the dollar. Set up a little confusing.

Very nice product - I was experiencing issues with my computer. Decided to switch out the mouse and keyboard. It worked - smooth sailing.

Thoroughly recommend this as an add-on to a new computer. The keyboard and mouse have such a professional feel compared to the standard devices shipped with my new computer.

I was just looking to upgrade key board an mouse and this is just that using it now and it performs good and it is capable of more than I put it through so for the money I'm more than happy I'm satisfied

I bought this for everyone in my office. No issues with connecting to any of the computers. Easy to connect via the included USB dongle or Bluetooth.

Works as expected. I do wish it had dedicated volume buttons instead of using function keys.

At first I could not get it to bluetooth to my PC but once I did, it is Amazing!!

I really like this keyboard and mouse combo. I especially like that it contexts via Bluetooth and that I can use the keyboard and mouse with two additional computers via Bluetooth.

Great keyboard and mouse package, I love the multi computer flow option. I can use the one keyboard and mouse for three devices and switch between them just by moving the mouse past the edges of the screen.
