The mouse works, but not the keyboard. The keyboard won't connect, so I have to go back to using my old keyboard which I didn't want to do because the keys are not spring-loaded. I am using my old keyboard now. I don't think it's my computer, but the new keyboard.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your MK850. The MK850 is a personal productivity mouse and keyboard-equipped with Bluetooth compatibility and a wireless adapter. Although these connections are great for productivity, they may not be ideal for other activities such as gaming that will demand a faster connection to obtain a competitive advantage. Whether gaming, I recommend you try Logitech G products with Lightspeed connection for the fastest wireless keyboard and mouse response. Also, traditional wired mice and keyboards will provide you with the quickest input response without the need to purchase a specialized device.

They have excellent customer service and has always had what I was looking for in stock and at reasonable prices.

I do not allow any food or drinks on my desk area, so not sure why in less than a year I have this kind of issues.

Very disappointing. With COVID-19 a straight exchange is not possible. Been trying to return on line and there are issues with that as well. Item is not in store so I need to re-order.
