    Stellar mouse. Dumb keyboard.

While the mouse feels great and tracks beautifully, the keyboard layout is cumbersome, especially on the bottom row. Too many keys are jammed to the left of the spacebar, so I can not accurately hit the Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V combination with my left hand, thus messing up my productivity and making the keyboard pretty useless to me. I'm also not a fan of how the keyboard raises up in the center, forcing me to be poised above the keyboard for proper use. So I'm return this combo and separately getting the mouse (M720 Triathlon) and a different keyboard.

Hi Keithalicious, we're sorry to see you're unsatisfied with the Keyboard portion of the MK850 Combo. This combo does use the Unifying Receiver signal type, so you can always pick up another compatible keyboard and pair it with the mouse! Hope that helps and thank you for your feedback.

Loved the mouse. Sensitivity of scroll wheel might be too much for some. Keyboard was meh. Used for a few days and then it stopped working on any computer with fresh battery change.

I figured this one would be a good solution for a replacement to my K350, but I was very wrong. I wanted something that wasn't as loud as the K350 wave, but this keyboard is just awful. Super sticky keys especially the space bar. It does not register strokes and leaves you to correct tons of words unless you really start slamming down with your thumbs. After a week of frustration I tried opening it up and fixing the issue and trashed the keyboard in the process. Back to my loud K350 wave I guess until I find something that works better than this trash.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you had with the keyboard. For future reference, sometimes if the keys are not responsive if just needs a firmware update which can be found on the support page for this device on the Logitech site. It also did come with a 1 year warranty so we could have replaced it before you took it apart. Thank you taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

The keyboard was TERRIBLE. I would not detect the letter "a" and I would have to hit that key several times. It was overall very slow and lagged considerably. I moved the receiver right next to the keyboard and mouse, and it didn't help. I also limited other wireless devices, and that didn't matter either. The mouse is okay, but sometimes the volume control sticks and I have to turn the mouse off and then back on for the volume controls on my speakers to return to normal. I would not recommend this set.

I wouldn’t consider this anything fancy. The buttons feel cheap, the mouse feels cheap and response time is pretty much terrible. Looking for a low cost combo? This will get the job done- but don’t expect gaming-esque controls or quick typing. Keys almost fee sticky.

In the space of just two months, I lost count of how manys times the Bluetooth connection stopped working, each time requiring a combination of tricks to solve the problem. The last round, however, I tried every recommended permutation to attempt recovery and nothing worked. Two months of unreliable use and now I have to buy something else because this device is unusable. Such a disappointment from Logitech and I hope this review saves others from regular frustration.

The keyboard is a bit soft. Wish the function keys are in normal size. Since this is a curved keyboard, my fingers are not long enough to get to the F5 key which I used a lot in wring MS SQL. Mouse is OK.

Hey there SLY3, I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with your MK850. Using our Logitech options software, you should be able to set different macro keys to the buttons on your mouse as well as your keyboard, which should solve your issue with the F5 key. -Weston from Logitech

We reset the unit twice, switched the controls and read the manual, the unit does not work, does not make ice and is not cold. Only thing that works is the water dispenser. Delivery team was awesome.

expected a lot more from this keyboard but Logitech has let me down on this one. the keys seem to get stuck if you are typing too "fast" and it just doesn't have the ideal feel for someone that uses it for 6+ hours a day.

That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.
