Crappy mouse

Super Frustrating

No instructions, just pictures. Worked on trying to set this up for three days and finally gave up. I returned it for a refund.

Posted .Hi Pcentral. I'm sorry that you were unable to connect the keyboard. The MK850 comes with a Unifying adapter that you could have plugged into a computer or laptop. If you were trying to use the Bluetooth connection on the keyboard you would need to press and old the 1-2-3 buttons until the light starts flashing fast. This indicates that keyboard is in pairing mode and you would be able to find it in the settings on your device to connect via Bluetooth. Not worth the money

Stopped working 13 months after purchase

Posted .Hello Tomd, I apologize for the issues you're having with the Bluetooth connectivity of your MK850. Bluetooth can sometimes cut in and out if there are too many obstructions between your computer and your device, so I would suggest trying to minimize those, as well as trying to minimize the number of nearby Bluetooth sources such as speakers or headphones.

90 days and is defective

Best Buy’s says it is no longer returnable after two weeks. $110 key boards that last less than 90 days is a rip off. Stay away from these!

Not Worth it

Changing batteries did not help as well. This was the second purchase, but ended up with a crap item. Mouse function at 90%.

Not smooth, didn't worth the price.

I was expecting really smooth keys and no noise at all for such a premium price.

You also have a 1 year limited warranty with the purchase of the product that can be claimed for a replacement. I am sorry about your bad experience with your Logitech keyboard, and I assure you that this is not a common thing to happen. I suspect that the glue that keeps the rubber base attached to the keyboard became loose due to temperature changes during shipping or storage. For the same reason, Logitech offers a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty for your keyboard. Getting a replacement should not be complicated if you go through the proper channels. Adding issues to your flow
