We are working as fast and proficiently as we can to take care of things. With the MK850, make sure your drivers are all up to date, that power is set to "on" on both keyboard and mouse, plug in the unifying receiver to your computer, and lastly, download the free Logitech Options software from our website. Loose mouse wheel.

Posted .Hi winie, sorry to see you're unsatisfied with your MK850 Combo. The nice thing about Logitech is we have so many different keyboards with different feel for the keys. If you haven't already, check out the MK Keys keyboard to see if those feel better to you.

Posted .Hi HockeyPlayer, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I'm sorry that you have experienced difficulty with the mouse from the MK850 combo. Typically if a device is skipping on the screen it could be because the lens on the bottom has something on it or the surface being used might be hard for the mouse to track on. The lens area can easily be cleaned with a cotton swap or compressed air. You can also download Logitech Options Software. Its a free software that allows you to customize some features with the mouse. You can change the DPI (how fast the mouse moves across the screen) to be slower, that might help decrease the skipping part as well. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.An excellent keyboard with a very slight ergometric shape, good positive key feel with a positive clicking noise, an FN key which not all keyboards have and can be essential to solving issues. The mouse is full-size and easily transitions from rolling to click settings. Just make sure you download the software before you remove your former keyboard to avoid confusion when installing the new one. Once the download is achieved, set-up is a chinch. Very happy with this long-researched product.
