My 85 year old neighbor had problems working all the remotes for her Roku, TV, DVD player. Once I programmed the it and boxed the no-longer-needed remotes, the single remote made her life much easier.

Great remote once you get them setup. Not the easiest thing to setup.

It's a really nice remote, and it's cool how customizable it is, but it's not Bluetooth. It will work with an Amazon device if you have the IReTV cable hooked up though. It's a neat remote, but It's a little unnecessary and a little confusing at first. I don't regret my purchase, but I would havee been just as happy with a $10-$20 universal remote.

I’ve had 5 of the Logitech remotes in the last 10 or 12 years and am very happy with the ease of configuring these units. They are very durable as they often get knocked to the floor and still work. The value at $49 is very good also.

This is the second Harmony 665 remote I have purchased and I'm still loving it! It's very easy to program and adjust if something doesn't code correctly. I would definitely recommend this.

Dirt cheap, but absolutely fabulous! Its my third Harmony over the last 15 years, and I think its my favorite. I cant believe how good it is, how easy it is to use...and how inexpensive! Can I give it more than 5 stars?!

I owned two 650 remotes and recently upgraded one of them to the new 655. When programming this remote I found the software a little easier to use. It had good visuals off the buttons and different screen options. Works for me!

This device eliminated my need to have multiple remotes on my counter. It does what it says it should do, and it even has help if the devices don't work the way they are supposed to. I would recommend it to anyone who has more than three devices.

First time using a universal remote. Easy to program once I understood the instructions. Works great controlling TiVo, DVD, TV, sound bar. No more shuffling remotes, this one handles all my devices. Worth having.

The original remote for my Receiver died so this was the same cost point as a replacement it is great to clear all the other remotes from out coffee table. Love that you can group functions so one touch to turn multiple on or off.

We purchased this model about 4 years ago and some of the buttons no longer worked. We liked that one, so we bought the same replacement. The new one works the same and the Best Buy Geek Squad set it up within minutes.

My old Harmony 665 was getting worn out (sticky buttons, short battery life) and this one was on sale. It was easy to transfer the settings via my Logitech account. It reminds me of what I liked about the old one when it was new.

Great item for the price, allows me to combine several remotes into one unit, saving time trying to find all those others!

This is a great product! We bought it for the bedroom because we had been using the same product in our family room and it worked so well! We are very happy with it and highly recommend it!

I have so many devices in each room of my home. I have too many remotes, buy way too many batteries and I have had enough. I bought this remote and was easy to set up. It worked so well I bought another one for my game room. Great buy!!!

Already being a Harmony remote customer, after adding a new TV I knew I woulud get another Harmony remote. This was simple to set up and works perfectly

i delt with 3 remotes for a long time. when i got my sound bar the geek squad programed the remote to work all my devices i am very happy now i could not have programed it but they did with a computer but it is worth every penny

I had to buy this to replace a 650 harmony that was a refurb that died on me. There was no other option because this remote is easy to set up and with the amount of activities and devices you can program to it, it serves all of my needs.

My husband wants to stock up on these remotes in case they are not produced in the future. It is an all-in-one device that is user friendly and easy to program.

This remote actually works well for consolidating equipment and performing the basic functions necessary. Beyond that, you still need all the other remotes to perform more complex functions. Still hoping for standardized programmable everything remotes across all manufacturers... This came free with a purchased Blu- Ray, I doubt if I would've spent real money for it.
