This device was very easy to set up for different functions. The application you install on your computer was easy to use. It was much easier than the old logitech programming. The backlight for the keys is a real plus.

Outstanding all in one remote. Took a little longer than I expected to program. Once programmed, remote is excellent. Eliminates having to use multiple remotes to control home theater.

They are discontinuing the Logitech harmony so we wanted to make sure to replace an older harmony with this one. Buttons are excellent and works fantastic. Software is easy to use.

Great universal remote control. Program it with the Harmony app on your computer and it functions flawlessly. Some menus are a bit cumbersome with scrolling but very intuitive. I am buying a second one.

Perfect if you have several pieces of equipment that need to turn on and off i.e., tv, surround sound, blue ray. Instead of several remotes, you just need the one. Easy to set up and use.

I've always used Harmony remotes. so when I got a new TV for my bedroom along with a Roku and soundbar, I purchased this to replace 3 separate remotes. As usual, it was very easy to program, and it works great.

When I first got it I wasn’t aware of the change by MacOS to stop supporting 32 bit apps. It took about a week for the software update to come in but once I got it the remote work great. And has been very good!

I have never used anything like this before very complicated have to go on computer to load the info on everything u are going to add to it to control.like my ps4 and my blu-ray player I got fed up with it and I'm gonna sell it.if u are not good with electronics or technology this will not be easy for you to get to setup everything u want this remote to work.

This will control just about anything from your own home. It is simple to use once you find the right one

I like how it replaces a number of remotes for just one. This is my second one works great.

Best Buy was the only local store that had this model in stock and the product was NEW and not refurbished. This model is remote is my favorite, out controls the perfect amount of devices and kiss very easy to setup.

This remote was fairly easy to set up, but took several tries to input the right model/product # to get it all working properly.

This remote does exactly what it says. I programmed all of my remotes except the Amazon Firestick ones (app states that the technology used does not allow it,

This remote was too difficult to setup and required a computer to complete the setup. After spending a few hours trying to program, we called Logitech directly. The agent spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting and trying to assist but the remote still would not work. The agent suggested that we exchange the remote because that one was defective. We just returned the remote and went with a more simple, cheaper option.

I replaced a Logitech Harmony One because the battery would no longer hold a charge and it was not an easy process to transfer the settings to the new remote. When it was complete the devices did not work as before... I had to make several changes to get them to respond properly. I realize i should had just tried to find a replacement battery.

These work with pretty much anything. The only issue is that sometimes it thinks I pushed a button twice.

A little hard to figure out but harmony had a customer service number that helped out.

Best buy gave this remote to me for free because a product I purchased did not come with one. This remote is so customizable and has so many functions. Again Besybuy comes through with their customer service.
