Great Universal Remote! Very easy to use, and program. Saves the headache of finding multiple remotes to complete the same tasks, all in one remote. Highly recommend this product!

This remote was replacing my old Harmony remote. The setup was so easy because it transferred my old settings to this new one! I didn't even have to go and dig for model numbers for my tv, dvr, or blu-ray player.

This is my third Logitech universal remote control purchase. Requires computer to program. Can verify your equipment will be supported by it via their website. Cheaper than some alternative remotes but not cheaply made.

Its not cheap and that is the only downside to it but if you can program it properly it will work like a charm

I have a Roku tv (first problem). My son loved to pick at the rubberized buttons (second problem). I needed a universal remote. Setup is good, but you have to pay attention. If you hit the help button, you can't just go back. The remote is good at best. It takes time, but it works with my tv and bluray. If it works with apple tv, then it's a bonus. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten that far.

Bought this for my parents and they absolutely love it. Very easy to use, easy to setup and easy to make updates as your system components change over time. Would recommend highly for the price.

I bought a LG 4k player and received this remote as a bonus item. It is easy to use and simplifies everything as it replaces my other remotes. For a Universal remote this can't be beat. Works great with my LG tv and 4k player.

I'm not tech savvy & needed a general use remote for my various audio & video components. This logitech harmony 665 met all of my needs & was easy to learn how to transit from device to device easily & quickly. I highly recommend it.

Just what i needed. Wasn’t willing to spend a couple hundred on a remote. Controls everything i need it to. The thing i like the most about it is you dont have to point it towards what you are trying to control like a normal remote.

Our 2nd Logitech - Harmony remote. First met its death by a new pup. Contoured to fit your hand. Lights help for nighttime use. Easy to program for whatever device you add. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one

Great now I only need one device to control my TV and Blue Ray player, if only my spouse would stop misplacing it.

Operates most of our devices. What doesn’t work could be user error. Very convenient.

Works great. Taking off 2 stars because you have to create an account and give Logitech your email address to use the software that programs the remote. Would be better if it supported all buttons on the sony bluray player though without having to flip through menus or at least the software allowed mapping your own buttons.

I connected this to my computer and set it up in 10 minutes without looking up codes. It works great and updates easily if devices change or used in multiple rooms on multiple devices

Upgraded from a 650 Just plug in and told software to copy 650 settings over and a minute later done Sooo sad Logitech has discontinued the harmony line

My wife and i needed a replacement remote. Since we already have two Logitech Harmony Remotes, we decided to go for another. Set up was easy and quick. We were able to quickly set up our new remote.

I don't know why I haven't bought this remote before now. It's far better than the Verizon remote that died and cost about the same. The programming options are very cool and make life easier. Love it!

before I bought the harmony I had 4 remote to contend with,what a hassle. now only 1. I had the geek squad program it for me as I was getting other stuff installed. It works well easy screen to follow so far very happy with it

Finally dropped my 10 year old Harmony remote too many times and replaced with this one. Excellent buy and amazing how prices have come down since that last purchase. Easy set up online with My Harmony and works great.

Remote is o.k. I like that it does not have to be plugged in.
