Purchased two for a home theatre client. Needed a little help from Logitech because some of their gear was old, but once set up - it works great!

does remote does it all works with civil different devices and I've never had a problem with it easy to program you can't go wrong plus if you buy it from Best buy they'll match just about anybody's price

With a home media system that includes a Yamaha A/V Receiver, Sony 4k Disk player, Roku, Nvidia Shield, and Samsung TV this remote can control them all. Best Buy had a great price !

This is good remote to help reduce the amount of remotes you have out I’ve had several different models and this is more basic I had one break a couple years back and customer service sent me a new one with no hastle

It delivers a lot of features for the buck. Easy to set up in the app and the quality is great. I do recommend this product for everyone that needs to control 2+ Eletronics at the same time.

Set up was pretty easy, but not as intuitive as it could have been.

Not the performance I was used to with the expensive one I had before but you get what you pay for. This one gets in a loo and constantly takes you through the tutorial which you can’t get out of unless you finish it. Grrrr. Thank God for the help button. Need it every time. And I understand technology so I don’t believe it’s just me.

I got this free with another purchase and I couldn't be happier. I love how you can program activities which allow you to perform multiple actions with one button. This one remote ended up replacing 5 others.

Got this as part of a package deal. Still sealed in package. I use an 880 still.

We have dvd, gaming, cable, rodcu hooked up. It makes it easier for us parents use.

Easy to set up easy to use only problem I see is that the batteries seem to get low fairly quick

WORKED WELL - BUT A FEW DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED IT FELL FROM THE COUCH , HIT THE FLOOR AND NO LONGER WORKS

This is a very good universal remote. IF you're able to have a laptop available in the room with the TV, it makes it so easy to setup. It's very easy to personalize.

I had another Harmony remote that I wore out. I bought this because they no longer make the old one and this looked the closest. It works okay I guess, but it's too busy. The buttons are hard to read. Once you have it programmed it works like it should. They should stick with what works.

Overall easy to use and program. Does not have blue tooth capabilities though

Was a little challenging at first to set up but ince you do it make everything so much easier! I love this remote! No more having to use 3 or more remotes for different systems

I had a much older version of the Harmony Remote, which after all these years still worked. Just figured because I bought a new TV last December that maybe it was time to upgrade this universal remote. Have had some difficulty with trying to program this current Harmony 665 remote and really just kind of gave up on it. It is sitting on a dresser in my bedroom for months. Then I read that Logitech-Harmony will not be supporting these remotes in the future. Just feel this purchase was a waste of money and if I had to do it again, I probably would NOT purchase this again. Thank God I didn't spend a whole lot of money on this remote.
