I brought this remote to replace a Harmony 700 that would no longer communicate with my devices. The last remote was 6 years old and I hope I get more years out of this remote.

Works great. Takes time to program. I tried multiple other brands and this is the “BEST BUY”! Heard that it may not be supported in a couple years though.

Great universal remote! Works perfectly with our TV, A/V, Satellite receiver and DVR. Had it for 2 years and going, going, going.

I love these remotes. This one replaces my older version of the same remote, I had it 9 yrs and never gave me a problem. I expect this will be the same. easy to set up and lasts forever.

This is a nice update over the Harmony 650, which we wore out after several years of use. Very easy to setup and we appreciate the online back up for our settings.

My wife hates having multiple remotes on the table. With the Harmony we have two. Still need the Roku remote. We easily switch from antenna TV and favorite channels to Roku to radio. Very convenient.

This is a nice remote but we are still learning. It took some time to go thru the set up

I had an old Logitech Harmony remote that has one button that doesn't work well. It was nice to have this one now as a second remote. It was easy to set up and works well with entertainment system.

Love my remote. It completes the system. The geek squad programmed all my devises to the remote. Including my receiver my smart tv internet Netflix surround sound. Woofer speakers, music , etc. love it

It works, not my favorite purchase. It does not really work for my setup as what I expected it would.

Not worth the hassle sending for warranty fix all the while without a remote. Bought a new one at Best Buy and tossed the original. The good news , I have 2 and they work great

This is my first Universal remote. This is not a high level remote but for me it works fine Since I am not a high tech person I am not sure I could have programmed it but the Geek Squad did a great job

Backlit keys are needed for this remote. Not well balanced in the hand.
