This is the easiest remote to program... we have a dog that eats like a goat.. she has chewed up 3 remotes so far. To replace you just pull up your account online and all your settings are there.

My other harmony remote lasted about 2 - 3 years. Hoped for longer but this one is good.

I am only giving three stars because this remote would not work with our tv receiver. Not until I opened and tried to set it up did I find out that it only works with IR receivers and mine is RF! Nowhere on the packaging does it state that! I am sure that it would great if you have the correct receiver!

What a great universal remote. I have had no issue since moving to this remote and have been very happy with the overall performance.

It was lengthy and tedious to program but once done it’s a great product to control multiple remotes

A must have to make your life easier. Controls all equipment in one place. No more using 3 remotes to operate the Tv, dish and dvd player. Easy to use.

I have a tv, sound bar and cable box. I did not want to deal with three different remotes. I was able to sync and use my Universal Remote with all. Life is much simpler.

The remotes were easy to set up and functioned flawlessly first time. Logitech's website is well designed and easy to navigate. If you are using more than 1 remote for a TV this is worth the purchase.

My son decided to chew on our old one and despite cleaning it the buttons don’t work. This is a good replacement but does turn on the Samsung blue ray when the tv is suppose to be on a times

So far all is well with one small issue, we do not know how to clear an alert. Hitting "ok" does not do it.

Excellent Universal Remote. Had same model in the past. Over time the buttons will start to wear down.

I hook up a lot of these remotes to for older people. They are simple and easy to use with multiple devices.

This is my second purchase of this product now that we've added a second big screen in our new house. Easy to program and works great with all my A/V components.

This remote control is awesome. I had an older logitech and upgraded to this new one and it works great. Easily transferred settings to the new one and ready for use.

I bought this for my parents, and wasn't sure if they'd be able to use it. But its been 6+ months, and they have had no issues operating this. it has replaced 5 remotes they were using

Hard to beat this media remote for the price. Everything else is way more expensive and doesn't add much. This controls every device and is easy to use and set up.

Setup needs a laptop…not cool. Got rid of my remotes…very cool.
