Very basic universal remote but it does everything we need it to do - television, DVR, DVD, CD and radio activation. Buttons very solid on remote and provides a quick response with our electronics.

It's over-complicated to set up and have to plug into a computer to work

Works great! Setup was not intuitive, but was pretty easy once you figure out the program. Give yourself about 45 minutes to figure out the program and to get it working

Very versatile, a little tricky to use. Must download software from company website to use.

These tend to work pretty well. Easy to program using software an online account.

Amazing! One annoyance is that you have to connect it to a pc in order to setup...however after that it is very intuitive and very powerful. I replaced 6 remotes with just 1...sweet!

The remote itself is very easy to use holds more than enough devices for most households. The set up was extremely easy and save time having to switch between remote.

We love this remote. However, this is our third remote. They only last about a year.

This remote was very easy for me to setup using the MyHarmony application. Configuration does require detailed knowledge of how your A/V devices are connected.

I love how you can set any combo of setups by the press of the button. Definitely replaces old remotes. Harder to use for older crowd but if your a techie is a must have.

The remote looks stylish. It can be troublesome to set up but I'm admittedly not the most tech-savvy. But once configured properly, it is SO nice to not have 5 remotes sitting on the coffee table.

This is replacing an older model which stopped working after about 2 years. This new model functions as expected. It was easy to set up and is connected to a Sony TV, sound bar and blueray player.

Still learning usage. But was some what easy to program.

2 weeks and it no longer turns off the TV. Had to use the other remote . Now the sound cannot be adjusted. Some stations are louder than others but I can no longer control that. I'll have to try a third remote to see if that works. If that works, its back to 3 remotes and I wasted about $200.

Amazing device. Until I bought this device, I thought all remotes were the same. The high quality of this device has improve the functions of my Sharp Smart TV.

Been using this remote for over a year now and no complaints. It does what it says and I went from 4 remotes down to one in my bedroom. Easy to use and set up. No complaints.

My remote for my TV/DVD went bad picked this up hoping it would work for the unit, they had it on the list of supported devices in their online setup, works great.

I liked it so much I bought a second remote for the TV in my study. Program on line to save settings. App can handle more than 1 remote. Easy to add, delete and change components and settings.
