    Needed a replacement controller for my Harmony 650. This was on sale and I have been extremely happy with the purchase. I added my TV, cable box, surround sound to it and it works flawless.

    we lost our remote for TV. I bought this remote and was very surprised. It took the place of four of my other remotes. Now I have one remote to upgrade all my devices.

    This universal remote makes operating my new tv and my amplifier very simple. Even my wife can make it work. It was recommended by my Geek Squad technician.

    May be the best option out there but not perfect. Took a lot of work to set up. Had some issues with a previous Harmony remote set up with the same email address. Created a new account with a different email and got last that hurdle. Still can’t get it to turn on Apple TV but it does turn it off.

    This remote was similar to my previous remote making the transition smooth and seamless. The short-cut functions are a big plus and the remaining functions are intuitive, easy to use.

    Works like a charm. I have xbox, sony tv, apple tv, and even a 4k switcher connected to the remote. It also controls amazon firestick, since my tv remote controls it.

    Got to love a Logitech remote control, it’s very easy to program and control your electronic components such as TV, Receiver, Cable or Satellite receiver box.

    I got this to replace a previous Harmony Universal Remote. Some of the buttons finally stopped working after about 6 years. It is very easy to set up and use.

    This thing goes through batteries like CRAZY. No indication of when the battery is almost dead. When it just constantly resets itself you know it’s time for new batteries. Wish there was a way to make the screen not turn on every time the remote is moved...I think that’s what is killing the batteries.

    Overall the remote is OK, but has one super annoying issue. Every now and then, it goes into "help" mode and it forces you to do all the help steps. If it were not for this I would give it 5 stars, but this is a major flaw of the device. IMO that software should be removed on a future version.

    This was the smartest purchase I have done. None of the remotes (including the ATT Uverse remote) would not control my Pioneer surround sound receiver, this one does! Now i have one remote for my living room.

    This remote is the best. Once programed, one button to push turns on whatever I want to do, listen to music, watch TV, watch a cd or go to smart TV. Excellent device.
