Easy to use once setup with the harmony application. 1 button to turn on multiple devices and the screen to add pictures for favorites is a great feature to.

Reasonably priced easily programmable remote to replace 2 or more remotes. I am over 65, but fairly understand more technology than my husband and this remote helps him 'just make it work'.

This laptop does everything that it needs to for our purposes. And with the amount of memory and the size of the SSD hard drive make it a very good buy.

Have had several harmony remotes over the years, have always been pleased. Bought this one to replace an older 550 model that was starting to have some problems after 8 years.

Excellent item simplify using new TV. Only thing can't do easily is put on closed caption that is not a single button push.

This remote was easy to set up for the tv, sound bar, etc. I had a few issues setting it up with the DirecTV genie, but I eventually got it working. There issue I have, and this is my fault for not thinking about it, I use a WiFi remote for my main tv so I can have the unit completely hidden. This remote doesn't support that.

Ok, but I liked the Harmony 350 better (no longer made).

I have control of all my devices in one place. I can add as many devices I want (Well... up to 10) but I don't have to deal with a lot of remotes as I used to.

Good remote. But buttons eventually go intermittent.

Easy to set up and no batteries to change. When battery flashes, I just put it on the charger at bed time and it is ready for morning.

The remote for our receiver won't work any longer and this remote was recommended by a Best Buy associate. Now we can control our receiver and other products with one remote.

I had ut fully operational in ½ hour. It does most of the setup itsekf.

Very happy with this replacement remote and it’s associated app. Need to be fairly tech savvy and willing to set up online.

I am used to the system where you pick a make from a list and enter codes. This is simple. This remote as for the actual model numbers. My TV and everything else is set up. Finding the model numbers on the backs or bottoms of the devices is not easy..honestly I started to do this and got frustrated. I have not used the remote.
